Does Hologram Zero replace the project architect?
No. Feasibility work is most valuable before an architect is appointed. Where a design team is already in place, Hologram Zero works alongside it on BIM, tools or rapid option testing.
How are fees structured?
Studies are offered at a fixed fee and timeline. Design fees are agreed for each stage. BIM and computational work may be fixed scope, day rate or retainer.
Who owns the deliverables?
Clients own commissioned design deliverables once paid. Software, tools and methods remain the property of Hologram Zero.
Can schemes be taken through planning?
Yes, with ARB-registered executive architects for statutory submissions.
Is work undertaken outside the UK?
Yes. The founding team has delivered projects across Europe and the Middle East.
Is white-label work available?
Yes. Studies, models and tools can be produced under a partner practice's name.
