Feasibility & masterplanning

Establishing what a site can hold.

Layouts are generated and tested against every constraint on a site: boundary, access, landscape, planning context and brief. The strongest options are refined, quantified and presented in a working session. Most capacity studies are completed within five working days.

Architectural design

From preferred option to coordinated design.

The preferred scheme is developed through concept and schematic design in coordinated models, so information carries forward into planning and delivery. Statutory submissions and sign-off are delivered with ARB-registered executive architects. Reviews of existing schemes are also available where layout efficiency or value can be improved.
